This is a quick 5"x7" scratchboard I did in just a couple days. I have always loved red pandas - they look so cuddly (though I'm sure those claws would say otherwise). The goal of this one was to practice getting the color right, which took several layers.

how did you do this in color?!?! amazing!
I use Ampersand's scratchboard inks. They come in a set of five colors plus black. I scratch a bit lighter than usual, add some color, then scratch the highlights back in. This piece actually took three or four layers of color and scratching.
